CGS TYRES Quality Management

The MITAS a.s. company has introduced a certified system of Quality Management
according to the international standard ISO 9001:2000 from the year 1997. The system of Quality Management for the manufacture of OR tIres has been certified according to the technical specification ISO/TS 16949:2002 (as the first Czech company).

· In March 2001, MITAS a.s. becomes a holder of the Authorization of the Office of Civil Aviation of the Czech Republic for manufacture of aircraft tires assigned for the civil aviation according to JAR-21, Head G
· In November 2003, we have successfully passed through the audit of the Quality Management Systém according to the revised standards and we have got the Certificate ISO 9001:2000 and, for the OR tires, the certificate ISO/TS 16949:2002
· In September 2004, we extract Authorization EASA Part-21 Head G for aircraft tyres.
